  The 2 Lego stores in Edmonton are both good, staff are knowledgeable and friendly, willing to share and interact with clients. Mini figure section are hands on, which some stores in other cities may not have this option

  If you’re visiting West Edmonton Mall, the LEGO store is easily one of the highlights and not just because of the incredible displays and massive selection of sets. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is energetic and welcoming, with colorful builds lining the walls and interactive sections that make it fun for both kids and adults. It’s the kind of place where you can lose track of time just admiring the creativity on display. That said, what really made my visit stand out was the customer service especially from a staff member named Tolga. He was genuinely one of the nicest and most helpful employees I’ve come across in any retail store. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, he actually took the time to ask what I was interested in, made thoughtful suggestions, and shared insights about different sets. You could tell he actually cared about making sure customers had a good experience. Even when the store got busy, Tolga stayed calm, friendly, and attentive. He treated every customer with the same level of respect and enthusiasm, which made the whole environment feel more welcoming. It’s rare to see someone consistently go above and beyond like that, especially in a high traffic place like this. Honestly, employees like Tolga make a huge difference, and he absolutely deserves a raise. His attitude, patience, and genuine kindness elevate the entire store experience. Without people like him, it would just be another busy retail shop ，but with him there, it feels personal and memorable. Overall, I’d highly recommend checking out the LEGO store at West Edmonton Mall. Great selection, fun atmosphere, and outstanding service especially if you get the chance to be helped by Tolga. GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  What a fun and amazing Lego store. Well laid out, exceptional selection and the customized Lego character was the cherry on top. Great experience. Priscilla made the experience fun and went above and beyond making sure we had exactly what we wanted for my son’s customized character. When at the mall, a must check out spot!
