I’ve visited the store at least five times over the past two weeks and still haven’t received a clear answer or any communication from the manager. I even ended up buying another pair, yet the excuses kept continuing. I’ve given this store thousands of dollars in business over the years, and this is the first time I’ve had to complain about sunglasses simply because they were hurting my nose. Unfortunately, it feels like all they care about is making the sale.
