Positive vibe, great energy and very attentive staff. Seems like there has been improvements made to the LuLu staff and work culture. Just picked up some new athletic wear for spring/summer. Loved the new colours and styles. Well done.
I went to this location mid February. I had an idea of what I was looking for. I was able to talk to a few staff members and they were able to find what I was talking about. They saved me a lot of time and hassle because I was on a time crunch. All the staff members are so knowledgable and stylish . Everyone was so amazing so positive! They made my day so much better. Ria, Mandy, Jadyn, Jordan, Justin. Thank you guys so much. I highly recommend this location. I will be going back there 💯

Wow!!!
When entering the store I was warmly greeted and ask if I needed help shopping. I mentioned that I was looking for a blazer that i had seen online and within 5 minutes I was trying it on with some pants options.
I felt like a celebrity because they wrote my name on the dressing room door. It’s the little things that makes us happy in life, isnt it. The associates were so down to earth and helpful it felt like I was talking to my best friend for advise.
Not only one employee stood out, the whole store had excellent customer service.

This Southgate Lululemon is a very large location with a large selection of products...
I've been to many Lululemon locations and was overall impressed with the store.. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable
This location was very organized and clean, which I'm sure isn't easy to maintain because of its overall size and the amount of traffic this location has in a day..

I’ve been a loyal Lululemon customer for many years and have purchased a significant amount of apparel for both myself and my company. I genuinely love the quality and design of your clothing, which is why this recent experience was so disappointing.
I attempted to return a shirt purchased for our wedding after we decided to change colours. Unfortunately, when my son tried it on, he removed the tag. Despite the item being unworn and in perfect condition, the store refused the return. What made the situation particularly frustrating was the lack of flexibility or goodwill shown during my discussion with the store manager.
In my own business, customer relationships and long-term loyalty are paramount, and this interaction fell far below the level of service I would expect from a brand of Lululemon’s reputation. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as experiences like this can significantly impact how valued customers feel about your brand.
