  I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this cannabis store. The staff, particularly a couple of the employees, treated me with clear disrespect and made me feel unwelcome the entire time I was there. Their attitude came across as dismissive and biased, and it honestly felt like I was being judged unfairly. What made it even worse was trying to address the issue with management. When I brought up my concerns, they showed zero interest in listening or resolving the situation. No accountability, no professionalism—just complete disregard. Customer service should be about respect and fairness for everyone, and this place failed badly at that. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and respectful environment.

  Your cashier’s behavior is unacceptable. ID policy does NOT give anyone the right to harass customers the moment they walk in—especially regulars who have no issue showing ID at the counter. I had my ID ready and intended to present it when making my purchase, like always. Instead, I was told to stop, show it first, then go back and shop—completely unnecessary and disrespectful. When I questioned it, I was threatened with refusal of service and then denied a purchase altogether. This is poor customer service, plain and simple. I also tried to resolve this by calling, but the same employee refused to help or even take a message. That’s unprofessional. Management needs to step in. Train your staff properly—respect customers, communicate politely, and act professionally at all times. A visible belly piercing and exposed stomach are not appropriate for a professional retail environment. @ lucid management
