    Make sure you do not pay in cash at this location, the store can’t afford to pay you back if need be. I was sent their newest collection pre launch, although over half the items sent to me were never planned to launch in Canada (that was left out). I selected a limited edition bag for $9600. They said they needed a deposit to secure the item for me. When they say deposit, they mean pre pay in full. I said I would be in the following weekend (still before launch) to pay. I was told they couldn’t guarantee the item if I waited till the weekend but they could if I came in that day. So I did because I definitely wanted this piece. I was told in store it was being secured that moment. That was a lie. I was told after I left it was secured. Another lie. Then they message me about a week later to let me know nothing has been secured and Canada may not even get the bag at all. Launch rolls around, Toronto got one. I went back and forth with an associate for days. I was told the manager of operations in Canada had been spoken to as well as the Toronto bloor location manager and the bag was definitely mine. We celebrated, picked out other matching pieces which I also was told to pre pay for. I was hesitant and said let’s wait to see the bag has been shipped but I was yet again told it was a done deal. Another lie. I was told all pieces were being packed up and shipped as we spoke. Yet again, a lie. See a pattern here ? They reached out the following day to let me know the bag I prepaid for a month ago and was guarantees half a dozen times was sold to someone else in Toronto that day. They yanked my chain every few days for nearly a month when I could have just flown to Toronto myself, with no prepay and bought it off the floor. Which is what I’ll be doing moving forward. I let them know I’d be in for my refund, and asked if it would be in the original payment method of cash. They said absolutely no problem. Another lie. They asked me to please wait until the weekend so they’d have the cash. I said no problem I’ll be in Sunday. Sunday rolls around and I’m told they still don’t have it. I said I would be in to talk to the manager. I was told he wasn’t there that day and the manager on duty was from another location. There are no other locations in Edmonton. Anyways the lead manager calls me and lets me know I can’t have a cash refund until they gather up the money and they aren’t cash heavy so it could be a few weeks maybe more. I said let’s refund it to my bank card or credit card then. They said no they can’t do that it has to be cash because I paid in cash. So essentially I was expected to be okay giving Louis Vuitton an interest free loan indefinitely until other shoppers paid in cash. They said there was nothing they could do. Thankfully we know Alberta law and after a quick phone call between the manager and my husband suddenly it was a cash heavy day and they allowed me to collect my refund. I will never shop here again, and I highly suggest you don’t either. They’ve completely lost my trust and confidence and lost a sale of around 15,000 - 20,000 (bag, sun glasses, belt, shoes and shoes for my husband that all matched) Had they not lied every chance they opened their mouths I probably would have bought other pieces that were available from the collection but instead I’m going with the denim collection from Dolce.

    Bad & unpleasant experience with Louis vuitton. This kind of customer service was totally unexpected from a luxury brand like this. Unfortunately I bought a card holder worth $800+ from Louis vuitton in west edmonton mall & when it was time to do initials, they messed it up & later said we can't return, refund or can give any solution, u need to take it as is now. They have a problem with there dye so anyone who's buying from here be very careful as they have tilted letters when it comes to printing your initials & then later they will just straight raise hands that they can't do anything. Specially the manager 'Emili'was rude & trained with poor customer service service. Nutshell avoid buying anything from here as its not worth. If rating is possible in minus I would have given that but the lowest you can go is 1 star. Called Customer service too but they also washed there hands stating that they can't help or support in this matter it's purely upto the store manager / district manager. No way you can put a complaint, no way they exchange, no way they can refund & u r stuck with your $800 card holder. Would never repeat mistake buying from here again & would suggest same for others.

    Fantastic customer service. Ranim was great to deal with and helped me out with a bag I wanted. Greeted me when I walked in. Was not pushy to get a sale. Offered me a water. The little things go a long was and took the time and got my tag embossed. Would definitely come back if I were shopping Edmonton again.
