  Worst handling customer concerns. Especially worst Store Manager -Katelyn - she could have been handled it properly and professionally but it's totally horrible. Very disappointing and worst experience. Nex time, make sure to pull out those deffective shoes on the shelves and do not sell it! Just to avoid customer from mistakenly grabbing it to buy especially those who doens't have much time to spend. And when customer would like to exchange it, you don't want to accept it? Put the blame on her? And tell her that you are just doing her a favor? What kind of service is that? SMH - So disappointing!

  I stopped in at the shoe store in Mayfield Common this afternoon around 5:30 just planning to browse, and ended up leaving with a new pair of runners and work shoes. The lady who helped me out (didn’t catch her name) was awesome – not pushy at all, just actually listened to what I needed. Prices were fair, they had some good promos going on, and the store was clean and organized so it was easy to find what I was looking for. Overall, really solid experience. I’ll definitely be coming back here instead of ordering online next time.
