- KFKim FroeseJan 3, 20261.0Way over-priced! I found the EXACT pair of shoes (brand, color, and size) on Amazon for half the price of the pair I bought at The Shoe Company. Interestingly enough, the Shoe Company shoes were on sale and the ones from Amazon were not. Amazon got my business. The Shoe Company will not see my business again. Also had the unique experience of the young clerk lurking right by me as I tried on shoes - yet never inquired if I wanted assistance. Train your employees to assist as opposed to acting like store security.

Her energy, kindness, and attention to detail made my shopping experience unforgettable. I don’t even live nearby, but I’ll gladly drive 45 minutes just to come back because of the incredible service I received. Please make sure management knows what a gem they have in Abeer—she truly went above and beyond!
