  I recently purchased a pair of Adidas shoes and within a week, the insole had permanently shifted, resulting in massive discomfort. I brought them in to get them looked at and exchanged but the store manager shut it down. Despite her being unable to move it back into proper position and despite the other shoe being completely fine, she claimed that it was a feature of the shoe and would not authorize an exchange, and suggested that I spend more money on third-party insoles. Not a huge fan of the experience.

  Staff was super helpful. They had lots of variety and the ability to look up any shoe in any other store. I found the shoes I'll be wearing to my grad at this store.

  I visited The Shoe Company at West Edmonton Mall today and had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially one associate who provided outstanding customer service. She was attentive, patient, and genuinely made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. It’s rare to come across such professionalism and positive energy — she made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting this location if you’re looking for great service and a solid selection of shoes.

  We had such a great experience here!! A pretty girl named I think Sana or Saha helped us, she was super kind, patient, and so helpful the whole time. Me and my family really appreciated the amazing customer service at the store. We’ll definitely be coming back to buy our shoes from here again!!
