I'm a regular customer at both locations. There's always a friendly greeting and more often than not, the staff know me by name. They're always quick to point out new sets in the theme I collect, as well as sets in other themes that have parts that would go well with my own builds. The PaB and BaM selections almost always have something I'm needing now or something I've got in mind for an upcoming project.
If there's a part I'm not seeing on the wall or in the BaM bins, someone's always happy to check backstock to see if there's anything available.
Staff are always great, selection is as good as you're going to find, the only think I'm not crazy about is the new BaM stations, they're lower than the old ones, making them harder to sort through for older folks with wrecked backs. Not the biggest problem in the world, they're easier for little kids to rummage through.
A couple added bonuses for the West Ed Store, the mosaic maker, the custom fig printer, and the damaged box section where sets are either discounted or bonus points are added.

We had such a wonderful experience at the LEGO Store in Edmonton today.
Alex was incredibly kind and patient — he explained everything step by step during the “Build Your Own LEGO” activity and made the experience so fun for my daughter. She absolutely loved it and couldn’t stop smiling the whole 3-hour drive home!
Thank you, Alex, for making her day so special!

I've always had an incredible experience here but I was helped by Enzo a couple days ago and he went above and beyond. He recommended some products and gave us a little insight into the new arrivals at the store. We were even able to play around with some of the sets on display with him. We got some sets and had a lovely time from beginning to end!

Nene was amazing! She gretted us at the lego design station. She was lovely. She really connected well with my kiddo! Victor stepped in for break time. He was super cool easy to get along with.
To be honest everyone working at that store was so pleasant! Kudos lego fam! We came first time all the way from Vancouver (driving)...
Definitely if you're into lego design you're own figure!!
