She gave me the attention and advise that I needed to make an informed buy and she was even able to help other customers in the store at the same time. She went above and beyond to individually bag my items and had great style tips! Great service.

One of the employees made us feel extremely uncomfortable. While we were browsing, he kept watching us as if we might steal something, which was both rude and disrespectful. On top of that, his tone and attitude were sarcastic and condescending, making the whole experience very frustrating. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in customer service. I hope this issue will be addressed so that other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.
