  Thanks for letting me know the other WEM location had the glasses I wanted in stock. You where too busy trying to get commission and order them to my house when I could have walked to the other end of the mall for them.

  Poor customer service and poor organization. I ordered Tory Burch sunglasses to be delivered and picked up at this location. The first staff member I spoke to couldn’t find my order and told me to go to the West branch downstairs. I went there, and the staff there also couldn’t find it - he said if I ordered from the East branch, I needed to go back upstairs. I returned to the East branch, and a different staff member actually bothered to check the confirmation email I showed, and confirmed the correct location was indeed the East branch (2nd floor). If the first person had done this in the first place, I wouldn’t have wasted my time going back and forth. She then told me the order wasn’t there yet, possibly due to a system/email error. But as I was leaving the mall, I got a call saying the item was actually in their back room the whole time. The whole experience was disorganized, frustrating, and a waste of time. Staff didn’t seem properly trained, and basic communication was clearly lacking.

  Very good experience at this location. The Store Manager is great, always willing to help! Also, Winta is amazing. Thank you!

  The store wasn’t able to get the glasses that I had found online their website so they went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get glasses I could be happy with for the same price as the ones I had found.
