He was able to make a great alternative suggestion in the same style but even better colour for her when the first one I was looking for in her size wasn’t in stock. Also helped me learn about some good features of the shoes that will be helpful for her working in healthcare!

I needed to buy skis and I’m a beginner and I have no idea of fit. Steve the technician was really great and knowledgable and took the time to explain things and even help me pick out a helmet as well! I’m very happy with the service!
