Eric helped me out, he was fantastic! He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and helped to heat mould one of my boots to make it more comfortable. He also helped me pick out a pair of ski poles. I appreciate his customer service and will be back for any other ski related purchases I’ll be making in the future!

It may sound silly, but my actual size is between sizes, but I really loved the jacket. I tried both jackets on and asked the number of questions which led me to my choice. Both ladies were very helpful.
