A clothing associate Gracie helped me find the perfect items for my daughter, she was so patient and friendly. Another associate named Evelyn helped me at cash and she had so much knowledge with all the items. She also helped me on the floor with Gracie. Those two are such a great team!!! Such wonderful and well-trained young ladies!

The store was huge and I didn't know where to start, an employee named Lauren made a great recommendation on a North Face jacket that was on sale and even found one in my favourite colour. Great service all around, and store is clean and well-lit. Friendly staff on the floor and at check out.

Akemini up at the cash register was amazing the whole way through. When the fitting room was locked she went out of her way to find someone that would be able to let me in. When I went back up to the register she finished my transaction with a smiling face and a positive attitude. Definitely will continue to shop here for more interactions like the one I had today !
- DAD AlessandraNov 1, 20255.0Just spent the last 3 hours with Steve "the tech" at Sportinglife in Southgate fitting our whole family for our return to skiing. What an incredible experience! Steve was so patient and kind throughout the whole process and with the kids crying intermittently he still remained so patient and understanding. We were fitted for boots, and skis and our little was fitted for a proper helmet. We received AMAZING deals on every item (just great timing) but the quality and online reviews of each item are also great. We so so so appreciate his kindness and genuine care for our experience trying to get the right fit, especially in the ski boots. I would highly recommend Sportinglife for gearing up the whole family for activity! Specifically, thank you so much Steve for all of your patience and kindness! Definitely an outstanding customer service experiencd with someone you can trust!
