  Ordered and paid for delivery and received a call confirming our order around 3:30. Delivery was supposed to happen between 4 and 7. We checked to see when our order would be here at around 4:45 and it said that there was an attempted delivery. We received no call, and no ringing of the doorbell. We are in the basement suite and wouldn't have heard a knock, but our doorbell is right beside our door. So we called the shop and the budtender said that the delivery driver tried to call us multiple times and rang the doorbell multiple times and knocked multiple times. We looked at our call history and we only had the one call confirming the order. Apparently the delivery driver was pissed that we "weren't answering" but once again, there was no call, no door bell ringing, and we also had no way to contact the delivery person. When we tried to explain that to the budtender, all he said was "huh, that's interesting, cause my driver was in a funk because they couldn't deliver it. They tried to ring the doorbell and they even went to the side door and rang the bell." I literally sent my partner upstairs to test our doorbell while I was downstairs and I heard the bell work. We are going to be upstairs waiting for the delivery person 6 minutes before they're supposed to be here to make sure we can catch them now. Absolutely ridiculous, super frustrating, 0/10, and the worst part, is I already paid.

  LOVE this location mainly due to the people who work there. Kaelyn helped us today and she was so helpful. Great people and good weed we will be back! Thanks💜

  Just looking at the pictures on Google Maps, and the company definitely used photos from other shops! They did the same for the rest of their locations too. Talk about false advertising to drive up their foot traffic 🙄. Not even sure some of these photos are from the companies Edmonton based locations…Just walk in the door and compare the in store photos and you’ll see what I mean. Even their TV screens advertise products that they don’t even have in store and the staff can’t even say when or if those products are coming in 🙄. It’s just products the company wants to promote that might not even be available in our province 😒.

  My sister has been coming to this dispensary for the past year AT LEAST, and today she wasn’t able to buy any for herself because I was with her when she was outside. I was simply grabbing the car keys from her because I have no business as a 20 year old VERY PREGNANT woman going in there to buy weed. They didn’t sell to her because they saw me outside grabbing the car keys from her and thought she was booting for me. I did have my ID on me and if I wanted to damage my unborn baby’s brain cells by smoking, I could’ve went in there and showed my ID but I was already in the car and it’s a lot of work to get in and out of vehicles and walk on icy roads just because they didn’t want to sell to her. Get better honestly, not everyone smokes weed.
