  I purchased new lenses for my Oakley glasses at this store and since they were not in stock, I completed a hold for pick up. When I arrived to the store to pick up the lenses, the store manager Alexandra did not know how to change out the lenses. She actually damaged my frame and told me to come back when there is an employee available that knows how to change out the lenses. How is it possible the store manager cannot change out lenses at their own store? I left the store without the lenses being replaced and incurred damage to the frame! Thank you very much.

  Great sales person…friendly, knowledgeable and heloful. Sometimes, it’s not what you buy, but the person who helps you to make that choice. In this case, it was Aleksandra that really made it a positive experience.

  Bell helped us at the West Edmonton Mall location and she was beyond amazing. The best customer service we have had in a long time. I bought a new pair of sunglasses whil I wait for my nose peices to come in andbi was not planning on doing that but Bell was so amazing I did!
