- LJLa JefaFeb 28, 20263.0Lulu has great Sweatpants and pants. The material feels nice. The staff here are a little lazy. Don't really want to help. Tell you "yeah just go ask at the cashier". I recommend shopping online! Don't have to deal with the staff and stuff comes right to your door. 5 stars for clothing, 3 stars for location and 2 stars for service.

Unfortunately, the stitching in the crotch seam has already come undone. For a product at this price from Lululemon, I expected significantly better durability — especially given how little use they’ve had. Seam failure under minimal wear raises concerns about overall construction quality. Then When I brought them in, I was informed that without proof of purchase nothing could be done. While I understand store policy, it’s disappointing that there was no flexibility or consideration for a clear workmanship issue. Based on this experience, the quality and customer support did not meet expectations for a brand positioned as high-end.

She not only processed my return quickly, but also helped place a new order for me and created an account on the spot. The service was smooth, friendly, and truly impeccable.
