  I am a huge supporter of Lululemon. I love their athletic wear, I will gladly spend more for a good experience, and perhaps I have been spoiled by how amazing every other location has been. The only reason I stopped in at this location was because it was along my route and I needed some joggers. First of all, I was never greeted by one staff memeber while in the store. This threw me off because I have never been in a Lululemom retail without being greeted. I found everything I was looking for plus more and quickly made my way to the till to pay. There was a line of three waiting. 2 tills open. Both tills, one just taking her time and refusing to help a lady return and item that was perhaps worth $25, she was exchanging it for an item that was still being sold at that location but just looking for a different color. Something in the system was holding her up and it required a bunch of extra work and information. Then she was told that it was past 30 days so it could not be returned. My goodness. If this was a jacket purchased 2 years ago and worth $300, then I get it. The other till, a woman was buying a purse and the lady at the till, to her credit was trying to upsell her another item that went well with her purchase. So ultimately this left me standing in line with $400 in merchandise contemplating just leaving everything there and walking out while they try to squeeze $50 extra dollars out of other customers. One of the clerks smartly realized that the line was getting long and paged someone to help. The ended up taking about 5 minutes. The staff here also had very little understanding of fitness and of the products. The manager of this retail should re-examine their staff's ability to pivot, educate and contribute to an excellent customer experience. I am very happy with the products that I purchased but when time it takes me to simply pay for the products is 10x longer than the time it took me to walk into the mall, pick out what I needed, and walk out, then you have issues. Lululemon charges a high price for their goods and I am happy to pay their prices when the experience matches the product quality. I am going to return to this location some day and will update if I have a renewed experience.

  My wife bought a pair of shoes from Kingsway Mall branch today. Sales Associate Emily was very helpful, very professional and exceeded my expectations. Emily was there to assist us with our online order. One of the reasons why I love going back to this store is that the staff are so accomodating and helpful. Keep up the good work.

  The blonde girl in green hoodie and black leggings is very rude. Girls in WEM are the nicest. They deserve a raise.
