Just before everything unfolded, I was returning a few items, and the woman who helped me at the counter was exceptionally kind and friendly. When the lockdown started, the entire staff remained calm, professional, and genuinely compassionate. They handled a very stressful situation with grace, and I truly appreciated how supportive and considerate they were.

It might be part of their policy (they should change it) and this is one of those retail logic vs. human logic but it's a big corporation lol, I think packing online orders should be included in your policies. I bought a bag, packed my order and left.

I was told without a receipt or the tag still on them they could not help me, they bought online because I need the length. Very disappointed considering their cost, and I am a regular customer.
