  I had to go in store to try and exchange a couple pairs of align leggings that I bought about 10 months ago (I had proof of purchase) that have somehow gotten runs in both of them (like how tights get them) and the stitching was coming undone. I have older pairs of align leggings before they changed the fabric and they are still prefect condition so it was a quality issue of the newer pairs I had. I ordered the problem pairs of align leggings online originally but didn’t feel like filling out their form online so I went in store. Everyone I talked to was so kind and accommodating and I was able to exchange for two new pairs no problem. The two men at the cash register as well as the ladies on the sales floor and fitting rooms were all lovely!

  came with my wife to this store and had the displeasure of meeting this snide and rude supervisor who made eye contact with us when we needed help for an item size, only to be met with a smirk as they walked away. thank you to the lovely lady that eventually helped us and for the supervisor Russell, do better! We came all the way from Ellerslie to check this location and we'll prefer to go to Lululemon Southgate which is a much nicer and approachable store! 0/10

  Clothes are such worse quality than they used to be! Not worth the cost anymore. Pants I haven't had for very long have a hole and pilling. Time to look at alternatives. It's been a good ride LuLu, as a customer since your inception but I'm out.

  I wanted a specific set. Had to order the pants in My size online which came quickly. Picked up the sweater here as an online order. The guy who greeted me at the door grabbed my order for me I didn't even need to go in or stand in a lineup.

  Had the absolute BEST customer service today at this Lulu location! Made an online purchase for my husband but he felt the fit was not quite the same as his other ABC joggers. Went to the men’s section where we were promptly greeted by a taller gentleman- he was incredibly helpful with addressing our concern and was so genuinely kind in doing so! We then headed to the change room, where my husband tried on the associate’s suggestions. The fantastic service continued, as there were two male associates in the change room who assisted us with the fit of his pants. My gosh, were they ever helpful!! I was blown away by the attention and genuine care we received today by these young men. After making a final decision, we made our way to the cashier where we again were greeted with a very friendly face. Realizing we did not have the original form of payment on us for the exchange, she was more than happy to accommodate us and made it work. She made the transaction so incredibly easy! To say we are beyond impressed with the service at this location is an understatement. It is so nice to see people genuinely care and give great service! Well done!!
