  I am writing to express my concern regarding the quality and durability of a Louis Vuitton wallet I purchased as a Christmas gift for my wife at the West Edmonton Mall boutique a few years ago. Approximately one month ago, my wife noticed that the wallet was no longer closing properly. I brought the item to the same boutique for a repair evaluation. The team advised that there was no customer misuse; however, they also informed me that the clasps would need to be replaced at a cost of more than $400. Given that the original purchase price of the wallet was over $1,000, I am disappointed that a product positioned as a luxury item required such a significant repair after only a few years of normal use. I owned wallets that were less than $100 which have lasted more than five years and remained in good condition, so this experience does not align with the level of craftsmanship and durability I expect from Louis Vuitton. I would appreciate your review of this matter and your consideration of a more appropriate resolution

  Maggie is an amazing sales associate! She is super patient and gave me a lot of time to decide on which bag I wanted to buy. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything that I didn't want, and she gave me her honest opinions on the stuff that I was trying on. I will definitely be back in the future :)
