- KRKenton RegehrNov 14, 20255.0I came out of province to west edmonton mall to tour the mall for fragrances, as Saskatchewan is pretty barren when it comes to the fragrance scene, we got like sephora and thats kinda it. It was a beyond joy to smell the line of fragrances this house offers, and I had exciting conversations with three different employees there. The customer service was on another level, and a man named Carlos made my whole week by gifting me two samples of colognes that I mentioned I liked, Symphony and Fantasmagory. To say I was surprised was an understatement, and he then gave me his card for any other possible inquiries I might have. As someone who is as into colognes as I am strapped for cash (broke), this gift of two 2ml samples of scents that would run me 3 1/4s of a grand each was nothing short of legendary. Truly an experience to remember. THANK YOU Carlos!

It was originally going to take a week, but they had the part in-store and I was able to collect it same day. The operational manger was very nice about it and packed my old wallet in a beautiful new box and bag.
