Fantastic customer service. Ranim was great to deal with and helped me out with a bag I wanted. Greeted me when I walked in. Was not pushy to get a sale. Offered me a water. The little things go a long was and took the time and got my tag embossed. Would definitely come back if I were shopping Edmonton again.

Poor service even from the manager wouldn’t exchange for us, we bought a perfume the glass broke at the top, we did not drop it, we opened it and used it once and the top broke, he said we dropped it and blamed it on us from the start of the conversation
And we buy a lot of LV purses and bags and perfumes
This store in west Edmonton mall is the worst
We stumbled into this Louis Vuitton by chance as there was a lockdown at WEM today when we visited. The lovely folks at Louis Vuitton took care of the customers and passerby and made sure we were safe and comfortable as security personnel were taking care of the issue outside. Thank you for your excellent response and care for us who just happened to be in the area
The manager emil and the worker RJ are extremely rude and unprofessional. I was treated very poorly until they seen my purchase history which is large and extensive and then they 360 switched there attitudes with me. Too little too late. They also refused to return a order which was not even opened completely sealed and LV canada told me they had to accept it as a return. They opened the sealed package in front of me then proceded to say they cant and that i had to mail it in. AFTER THEY OPENED IT. i spend upwards of 60k yearly at LV and never again you lost my business. I advice everyone to go look at guccis reviews because they have way better customer service. Do not go to LV wem. Go to gucci if you want to actually be pleased. Never again. And your styles have fallen off anyways.
