Watch was never use nor was dropped and we are not actually from town we are like 3hrs away from edmonton we dont normally go there, only if there’s occation or we felt like traveling and going to the city. And it was a repeat business since it was the second watch we bought there, it wasnt the most expensive watch in the store, but it supposed to be the experience your after specially if it was a repeat business. I guess the manager was only after the sales of the store not with the loyalty of your customer that your after. You should learn how to let your customer experience the best service you can give. Was very upset and not happy at all!
