HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! cashier with associate number 49173, I think her name was Kurmandeep was very pushy about getting my e-mail, I asked what it was for she said it was for receipts, I was confused so I asked her if they don't give printed receipts here, she said they do, so I said that a printed receipt will do just fine and I won't give my e-mail. She made a sour face at us and didn't smile during the whole transaction. After saying no e-mail receipt, she kept scanning the shoes that I was gonna buy mytlple times then kept clicking the mouse and acting like something was wrong then made us move counters 2 times the whole time she was frowning. I went here because I saw that they were having a promotional sale that when you hit certain amounts you get 5 dollars up to 20 dollars off. It took a while before I can get to pay there was already a line forming. When it was my sisters turn to pay she told her she needs her number and e-mail to get the promotion, she gave it because it was a back to school shoe shopping day and had to buy 3 pairs of shoes. Afterwards we were confused because I did not notice that I got charged full price of the item, we noticed that there are no signs that you need to sign up to get the discount. So we went back and asked if we had to sign up to get the discount she said that discounts are automatically taken off at the counter when scanned. Cashier slipped up and got caught in her lie, really disappointed.
