I ordered boots from their website, measured my feet according to their size specifications and everything, and the shoes did not fit. When I issued a return, I was charged $7 for the return (!!!), and when I called to say that really wasn't a great way to treat first time customers, especially since I would have just ordered a size up if I'd gotten a free return, the "customer service" rep literally didn't say ANYTHING in apology or empathy (though he did ask if I measured my feet... classy.) Will NEVER buy from here again, and will make sure everyone knows what crap customer service you guys offer!
