  Great store, great service! I ordered a coat on the website and exchanged it in the store without any problems. I like that all issues are resolved easily. Thank you, Columbia, for dressing and shoeing our family for winter!😃 Regarding additional payments, as mentioned below, we did not pay a cent extra.

  I was here this weekend and all the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I had a ton of options to choose from and it was nice seeing the staff work together to help me and my husband You can’t find service like this in the mall I would shop here again.

  Writing here since there's no real place for reviews on their website. I ordered boots from their website, measured my feet according to their size specifications and everything, and the shoes did not fit. When I issued a return, I was charged $7 for the return (!!!), and when I called to say that really wasn't a great way to treat first time customers, especially since I would have just ordered a size up if I'd gotten a free return, the "customer service" rep literally didn't say ANYTHING in apology or empathy (though he did ask if I measured my feet... classy.) Will NEVER buy from here again, and will make sure everyone knows what crap customer service you guys offer!
