Absolutely horribly run store. I called to see if they had what I wanted in stock they said yes and put it on hold. I drove 45 minutes both directions and waited around the store for an hr to be told they actually don't have it, sorry. Unacceptable. Cabelas was better. Bass no -pro

Randy who claimed to be the manager doesn’t have customer skill.
We spent $1,000 for a set of bow, the person sold it to us set it up wrong and didn’t let us try the bow before we leave. We ended up returning the whole set because of how randy dealt with the whole situation and made it so dramatic.
Never gonna be back here ever again. Went to Jim-Bows Archery to support local business instead. Clearly Cabela’s is too big now to care about customer service

I paid insurance for the meat grinder, and one day's difference from the insurance payment is due. They refused to refund me even though the machine isn't working properly and has defects. They are extremely rude and unfriendly.
