However, today we were only allowed to take one single photo, and we were asked to choose from that alone. Unfortunately, two of our children had their eyes closed, so the photo was not perfect. I asked if we could take another photo, but the staff member refused and responded in a way that felt dismissive and unwilling to help. Only after I clearly showed that I was unhappy did she reluctantly agree to take another photo. This experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed. I no longer felt like purchasing a package, and with this level of service, I honestly do not want to come back here for Santa photos again.
