  I usually do most of my shopping in other provinces, so this was my first time visiting the Balenciaga store at WEM. I honestly didn’t have high expectations, but thanks to Anna’s warm, friendly, and attentive service, I ended up finding and purchasing a bag that I truly love. She perfectly understood my taste and personal style and recommended a bag that felt like it was made just for me. Shopping with her was genuinely enjoyable, and it was clear that she is a true professional. She also showed me key rings and accessories that would complement the bag beautifully, styled them together, and even helped me create a wishlist for my next visit. I’m already looking forward to coming back to the store, and it makes me excited just thinking about it. Anna’s kindness and customer service were truly outstanding—absolutely top-tier.

  Anna, Froi and Connor are very helpful employees and very knowledgeable. Most designer employees at WEM don't compare to the experience I had today with them. Bought a very nice perfume with the help of very honest consultation.

  Had a great experience at Balenciaga West Edmonton! Froi was professional, friendly, and made everything smooth from the moment we spoke on the phone. He quickly confirmed the sunglasses I was looking for, put them on hold right away, and made the pickup super easy. Excellent service … really appreciated the attention and efficiency.
