  Anna, Froi and Connor are very helpful employees and very knowledgeable. Most designer employees at WEM don't compare to the experience I had today with them. Bought a very nice perfume with the help of very honest consultation.

  Had a great experience at Balenciaga West Edmonton! Froi was professional, friendly, and made everything smooth from the moment we spoke on the phone. He quickly confirmed the sunglasses I was looking for, put them on hold right away, and made the pickup super easy. Excellent service … really appreciated the attention and efficiency.   It was my first time at Balenciaga and also my very first bag purchase. I initially planned on a wallet on chain but fell in love with the Le City Mini. Charlotte assisted me, she was warm, welcoming, even offered us drinks, and kindly offered a box since which was lerfect since I am wanting to unbox it at our hotel. As I was about to pay, she explained the bag wouldn’t fit but she’d place the box inside the shopping bag, which I was fine with. Then, the Supervisor (I think) stepped in, saying Charlotte shouldn’t give out product boxes (and she made her point). However, she scolded Charlotte in front of us. Supervisot then eventually handed a bigger box, which I appreciated, but the whole scene felt awkward and unprofessional. As a Manager myself, I know the situation could have been handled very differently. Unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed, especially compared to the great service I’ve had at YSL just across their store and Chanel in Toronto. I don’t think I’ll return, but Charlotte is truly a gem and deserves a workplace that values her. I gave 3 stars because efforts of Charlotte was considered, I could have given this location 1 star.
