When I came back to buy both pairs, they had misplaced the first one I’d left with them. It was kind of tough having to search all over again for the exact same type and size — I ended up trying on several similar pairs before finally finding the right one. The good part is that the staff handled it really kindly. They gave me a 15% discount as a late birthday gift (and maybe also to make up for the mix-up). What made the deal even sweeter was that the second pair I picked was already 50% off! So in the end, it all worked out great. I came first around 4pm and then again before closing, and she was still cheerful and helpful! She really made my shopping experience nice.
