- EEElianaNov 4, 20251.0I always checked online and I always loved the clothes And the style so when I saw that Southgate had it, I was excited, but once I walked into the store, I felt horrible, and the staff looked down on me because I’m a little bit of a bigger size never buying from this brand again.

- JCJulie CoutuOct 25, 20252.0Unfortunately I have to agree with other reviews regarding poor service. I was there on a weeknight and the store was mostly empty. I tried on some items and not one of the 4 employees came to see if I needed sizes. I went and got the new sizes myself. The store was completely empty in the area by the change rooms. When I went up to pay all four were congregating at the tills and hanging out even though there were no customers checking out. I would also agree that the staff are not very friendly and seem stuck up. Disappointing!
