- HSHanieh safarianJan 5, 20261.0I purchased a $180 Alo sweater (paid $130 on sale) on December 1. After only two wears, it is severely pilled and it has never been washed. I brought it back to the store and was told they couldn’t help because it was “worn,” which is incredibly disappointing for a brand positioning itself as premium. This is not normal wear and tear, it’s a clear quality issue. For this price point, I expected far better fabric durability and customer service. I will not be purchasing from Alo again and hope other customers are aware before spending this much money.

Do you own the store, telling me I got so many accounts yeah because online Alo is different from in person. He was making me feel like I’m stupid, I hate those people who tho think working at these store make them look rich, sorry I’m the who is paying not you anyway I am never going back to that store….. period!

Each experience I’ve had to wait as a customer to be checked out, and no one checked on me expect the person that stands at the entrance only. The WEM location is way better for service, helping and checking out at the register. Better store communication among employees as well with WEM.
