I purchased 2 items online during a sale for husband which unfortunately did not fit him. I called the store and asked the Sales Associate if I could exchange one item for a smaller size and a different color. The Sales Associate said no problem. However, when I went to the store a few days later, I was told by another Sales Associate that I could not get an exchange for a different color. This company should have honored the exchange as promised to me on the phone. As a result, I got a refund and took my business elsewhere. Don't waste your time with this company.

was in shopping at ALO on Tuesday November 18,2025 at 11am with my daughter
walked in, saw a male associate , made eye contact with him, he did not acknowledge me, didn't welcome me, looked away
Maybe I do not look like a regular shopper or someone who could afford to shop there, but looks can be deceiving, I could buy whatever I want in that store! They lost out on a transaction.
Please tell your employees to treat Everyone who walks into that store the same and not to look down on someone who does not fit the description

Bought 1000 dollars in product the next few days it all goes on 30 percent off and they won't give you the credit unless you bring all the items back with the tags on. How pathetic! Terrible policy. Won't be shopping here again!

Usually shop at the South Gate location which has always been such a great experience unlike West Ed. Went to buy a jacket today and while still deciding on which other items to possibly get I had the same attendent hover over me and my husband like 10 to 15 times in less than 5 mins asking if we were done and ready to pay of which I politely kept telling her we were still shopping. Mind you there were other customers who were not having such a pressured experiecne like mine. Started to feel like I was being type cast when people profile possible shoplifters. I was thoroughly disappointed by the constant rushed service and hovering. If I had not planned to purchase the jacket ahead of time I was most likely going to leave it because the whole time I felt uncomfortable which ruined the mood. Please do better with giving shoppers a little room to breathe. Not everyone is there to steal.
