Since it first opened, this store has been consistently staffed with awesome people. There's always someone I know working, and everyone is friendly and helpful. The staff who have been around a while know what kind of projects I tend to build and are quick to point out new parts on the PaB wall, new sets with parts I'd find useful, and new sets in the themes I collect. There's the added bonus of them having a damaged box section as well, where sets are either marked down or offered with significant amounts of bonus points. Most Lego stores do not have this feature.
