- MHMsssLuuu HelloFeb 23, 20261.0We attended the Make & Take event, hoping for a fun family experience. The build was more complex than usual and took over an hour. Naturally, my kids got restless waiting in line, so they went to the free play area to pass the time. A staff member immediately forced them back into line, insisting that if we wanted to participate, we had to stand there the entire time. Forcing young children to stand still for over an hour without playing is unreasonable. My kids were heartbroken and ended up crying. We've attended many Lego events, and staff have always been flexible—letting kids play while parents hold their spot. This rigid, unfriendly approach completely ruined the day.

They were very helpful, and took interest in previous Lego experiences I have had, even giving me ideas for what I can do with my friends. Great place!
