I only realized later that the amount was the same as the regular price. Please make sure discounts are properly applied so customers are charged correctly.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Nisku Premium Outlet location was disappointing. I asked a sales associate for assistance distinguishing between women’s and youth sizing for winter toques, as the sections were closely integrated. The response I received was dismissive and unhelpful, with the associate telling me that it was “already written there” rather than offering clarification. What was more concerning was the lack of accessibility awareness—signage should never replace basic customer assistance. When I asked to speak with the manager on duty, the interaction again felt unclear and unsupported. I did eventually speak with a manager and raised my concern calmly. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously, as customer service and inclusivity should reflect the quality of the Columbia brand. Harimen? That’s her signature. I hope columbia will hire the right person. This one needs to be trained or maybe just get a vacation
