  Last Saturday I was shopping and the store was very busy. Earlier, I had tried on a pair of jeans and accidentally left them in the fitting room. After continuing to shop for a while, I decided I wanted to try those jeans on again. A woman with glasses (I didn’t catch her name) asked if I needed any help. I told her I was looking for the jeans in a size 10. She kindly checked for me but initially said it looked like that size was out of stock. I mentioned that I had just tried them on earlier, and she explained that some items from the fitting rooms hadn’t been returned to the floor yet. I told her not to worry about it and went over to try on some clothes on the Aerie side. A little while later, the same woman came back with the size 10 jeans I had tried earlier. She had found them and brought them over to me, which I really appreciated.

  Last few visits to this location and I keep getting hounded and irritated with Alice. She does not get the hint when asked to be left alone to shop. She does not stop. Last time I walked out without purchasing and went elsewhere. Only because of her poor attitude and lack of respect and professionalism towards us the consumer. Everyone else has been fantastic, Alice is not an asset to this store. More of a nuisance than anything else.

  Friendly service during my return. Staff was super respectful and polite and helpful.
