Almost every staff member was very rude, spl. The girl name Nad** something , they dont answer any queries. Even there was time left for closing still the girl don’t allow me to use the changing room and pay for the items and i have to left the items without trying and purchasing.
Very Rude and unprofessional staff don’t know who hires them. 0% recommended place.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this store. The manager was rude, arrogant, and openly disrespectful — to the point where her behavior came across as discriminatory.
We arrived at 7:20 PM, while the store closes at 8:00 PM, yet we were not allowed to use the fitting room for no reasonable explanation. When I questioned this illogical rule, the manager went further and started lecturing me in front of my child, saying I was “setting a bad example” simply for asking a fair question.
This is unacceptable. Customer service is clearly nonexistent here — zero respect, zero professionalism, zero customer orientation.
I hope higher management takes this seriously and addresses the situation, because this kind of behavior should not be tolerated.

I visited the Tommy Hilfiger store on Saturday, March 14, around 5:00 PM. The store was very busy, and I spent quite a while looking for something nice for my son. Eventually, I found a shirt I liked. Above it, there was a sign that clearly said “Woven Shirts $24.99.”
Because I didn’t have time to waste, I made sure to ask an employee about the price. I showed her the exact shirt, and she confirmed that it was $24.99. That price was reasonable for me, so I decided to buy it.
After waiting in line at the cashier, the employee offered me 15% off if I signed up, so I did. Then she told me the total would be $54 even after the discount. I was shocked and said that another employee had already confirmed the shirt was $24.99.
Her response was very rude. She said they don’t have shirts for $24.99. When I pointed to the sign that clearly said “Woven Shirts $24.99,” she changed the explanation and said the shirt might actually be 30% off, which would make it around $43. This was never mentioned before, and it felt like she first tried to charge the full price.
I declined to buy it since that was not the price advertised or confirmed to me.
Before leaving, I asked another employee to show me the shirts that were actually $24.99 because I still wanted to see them in case I liked one for my child. Surprisingly, she showed me the exact same shirts I had originally tried to buy. After checking again and calling the manager, they finally said the sign was wrong and they removed it.
That is simply unacceptable. Incorrect pricing signs in a retail store can be very misleading to customers. What if someone bought multiple items and didn’t notice the price difference at checkout?
I expected much better from a well-known and supposedly professional brand like Tommy Hilfiger. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. I left disappointed after wasting my time, and based on this experience, I would not shop there again or recommend it to others.
