  Worst experience. I have been shopping here since 6 years but today 18 January , 2026 around 4 pm , I went to the store as I had some issues with the sweater I got from this store . The store manager was so rude , unprofessional, uninterested in listening the issue. His tone was so mean . Worst experience ever with any store. You are getting paid for your work , so get it done professionally and ethically. Don’t know who hires these kind of stupid people with this kind of attitude.

  January 11, 2026, i bought a jacket from this outlet store in first week of December, 2025 and i was busy so couldn’t get time try it and when i did, i didn’t like the fit and it wasn’t too long ago since i bought it. So i decided to return it, but i was missing receipt. The jacket was unworn only tried once and didn’t like the fit. It had all its tags and stickers on. All other stores do scan the tag and have all their details on the screen but this particular location and the manager who i believe is a south asian lady are way too UNprofessional, “this is a tommy hilfiger store” and the options i was given were awful. First they said they cant return if i dont have receipt, then they said they can only give instore credit, then they said we dont have this jacket in store right now so we can only give 80% of the money you paid, i said ok, they offered me only 38$ for the jacket that i paid 100$ and the regular price on the jacket is 239$. This was NOT a clearance item. Offering 38$ for something that i paid 100$ and they will probably again sell it for 100$ because its regular price is 239$. The store and lady manager on January 11, 2026 between 5:00PM -6:00PM is a great mismatch that i have experienced in my last 15 years experience with tommy hilfiger. The management needs to look into it. I am personally never ever coming back to this location and the reason is the treatment i received today.

  Agam was extremely professional and helpful. She took the time to understand my needs, helped me find the right sizes, and assisted me in signing up to receive an extra discount. She made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Excellent customer service.

  I had a disappointing experience with the store manager(lndian girl) during my visit. She did not greet me in a polite or professional manner and seemed unwilling to listen or understand the situation before responding. Her approach felt dismissive, and the issue was not handled properly or resolved. A manager should communicate respectfully, listen carefully to customers, and focus on solving problems professionally. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future.

  The staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all . Specially a girl the I dealt with at the till . Her name started with N I can’t remember the whole name . Very very rude !
