  Service was completely non-existent. No one was anywhere to be found in the aisles when I needed help. All the associates were gathered around the till gossiping and giggling instead of actually doing their jobs. It honestly felt like they were just collecting easy money. When I finally went to check out, I dealt with Agnes, and she was completely unaware of what she was doing. I asked a simple question about how to take care of the shoes I purchased, and she was completely blank. No guidance, no effort, nothing. The store manager was even worse. Extremely rude and unnecessarily condescending for absolutely no reason. The tone alone was enough to make the entire experience unpleasant. Worst experience ever. I am contacting DSW Canada and will update this review based on what they say. Completely unacceptable.

  All Sketchers brands for women , overpriced and terrible service . Use to be quality Nike , Adidas, Jordan's and higher quality leather runners . What happened?

  Bhupinder was really nice and helpful during our experience. Would’ve been a 5 start review but Agnes, the cashier ruined it. She was awfully rude, didn’t want to do her job. Reconsider your career choice Agnes!

  I had a great experience at DSW, thanks to Sukh. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, and made finding the perfect pair of boots easy. Excellent customer service – I'll definitely be back!
