  I recently visited the Calvin Klein outlet store near the airport, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The customer service was very poor. The staff member who assisted me was rude and unprofessional, which made the shopping experience uncomfortable. I did purchase some items, but due to the way I was treated, I decided to return them. I believe the store has great products, but they really need to work on improving their customer service and how customers are treated. A positive and respectful attitude makes a big difference. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on providing a better experience for future customers.

  Bad customer service, no greetings, very dismissive attitude, no thank you's even.., gives me a feeling of they want to be somewhere else other than serving customers in-store.

  Had a terrible experience with the store associate. Not really sure about the name I believe it was Kaushik or Kaushal but surely starts with K. He is asking for my friend’s (girl) name and number while he is working in the store, and had the store talkie on the ear which also made me think, someone who has access to it in the backroom would also be hearing the conversation. The manager is saying “sorry” but I believe working in such a repetitive brand should have some work ethics and rules. Never going again.

  If you want good pants that fit you can’t go wrong with Calvin Klein . Also there singlets give you the right fitting . So whenever your at the premier outlet check out this great place

  Good store, good sales, nice friendly staff. Clean and well maintained. Solid selection of CK products for men and women.
