Can't say much about other brand as we are through and through a loyal client on Samsonite since past 15 yrs. And all of them are still in good shape, nothing ever broken.

They were ready for me to ask for help if needed but let me look around and get my bearings. And when I did ask for help they were relaxed and flexible, accommodating my needs. Really great experience. So much that I returned a few days later and purchased another suitcase for the partner. Customer Service can be challenging. Theirs was invaluable
