- FPFrankie PAug 12, 20251.0Why were there 4 employees gossiping at the til? The store was dead no need for so many employees just to watch you like a hawk. Super awkward and uncomfortable so I didn’t buy anything, noone even asked me for help. I probably won’t return

First day I bought shoes the staff were actually quite rude and un professional. Two girls were flirting with a male co worker and I waited patiently for a break in their flirting to ask a question about sizing and was met with an eye roll and huff. After helping me figure out the difference from us to European sizing she took the shoe box and slammed it on the counter. And was short after that with me. But went in today for a set of heels and the staff was very friendly today and quality service!

It was bright, inviting, clean and has a great selection. Associate Colleen was fantastic in every aspect from the greeting, assisting and checking out process! Customer service from her was top notch. Will be back for myself and my family as well.
