  This store sells defective merchandise. I purchased a pair of Clarks in November and in less than 5 months the soles are cracked/disintegrating. Water was seeping in and soaking my feet when walking to my car. I wear these shoes indoors and I’m not hard on my shoes. According to Clark’s website they honour a replacement within 6 months for defects. I spoke to head office in for the Shoe Company in Toronto and they instructed me to go back to the store to get help. I’m not sure why they would tell me to seek help from the original store if it wasn’t their policy to help. The store manager wouldn’t not honour an exchange. I’ve bought much cheaper shoes that have lasted decades. This is very poor customer service. Buyer beware.

  I wanted to buy some winter boots but couldn't get past the body odour of the male staff member working at the front. It was so bad I could still taste it after getting in my car. How did this guy make it through an interview with that BO?! Otherwise great prices

  I received absolutely AMAZING service from Jasleen, the assistant manager, and her associate. I live out of town and this store sold a pair of extremely comfortable Sketchers I could not find anywhere else (not on Amazon, not at the Sketchers outlet). Being from out of town, I had a hard time finding the store and arrived a couple of minutes after closing. I told the manager I had an early flight the next day before they opened. She kindly accomodated me and wished me a good flight. I am DEEPLY GRATEFUL and highly recommend this store for both their service and their selection! I will always remember her kindness and her smile whenever I wear these shoes. Heartfelt thanks Jasleen!!

  I had an amazing experience at the Shoe Company. I was greeted with a warm smile by a beautiful woman with some Arabic name( i believe it was ussma).She was incredibly helpful. Overall the service was top-notch, and I left the store feeling satisfied with my purchase. I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the excellent customer service. I will recommend this location with such a helping and caring staff.
