  I think this store should either hire someone who knows what customer service is or train their certain staffs well so they know how to serve customers in a reasonable manner. The Indian girl working ( name tag was Sukh) shouldn’t be working in retail. While purchasing a pair of shoe and socks ( on February 1st, 2026), my wife asked her if those socks would fit her ( size mentioned on those socks were small to medium or medium to large). My wife even told her shoe size to her; despite that she ( sukh) was constantly telling her that she does not know and she is not sure. It is okay not to know something ( well it was a very basic question in a footwear store) but she was not even willing to help via simply just calling one of her team members to figure out our concern. We anyways got it crossing our fingers hoping it would fit. Across Alberta Shoe Co is constantly hiring people with either no experience or sense of basic customer service which is very frustrating. Most of the times they would have no clue about their own inventories.

  I went to Beacon Hill store to purchase Hush Puppy but failed to find right size. I showed the spec of the shoes saved on my cell phone (spec on the box kept at my home) to the staff but she didn't seem to pay attention, and said I had to bring the box because she needed to scan the box to order the shoes, and then left away. Ridiculous.
