  Absolute worst I mean worst customer service ever! My husband and I came into the store yesterday to buy some glasses. I was buying some Burberry and he was buying some Oakleys. He was helping out my husband and finding different glasses. Honestly he didn’t know anything g about any of the lenses and what they did. Couldn’t even demo the meta glasses for us. So we picked the glasses and he said he was going to the back to grab them. So we’re standing in the store I kid you not 10 minutes just waiting. We’re like what’s going on!! So the other girl at the front is helping another couple. I said to her hey what’s going on. Is he okay? She’s like oh. He left his shift is over. We’re like excuse me what. He said he would be right back. He left in the middle of us trying to purchase glasses. The total of our glasses were $700! And he just left us hanging. The girl just stood there not even helping us. I stormed out of that store. I’ll never be back. Absolutely unbelievable! They need to hire staff that care or re train the current staff.

  I couldn't find replacement lenses for my RayBan's but after 20 minutes of searching the staff here found some.

  Best service Ihave ever had from sunglass hut. We were very well tended to. He seemed to be the only one on staff and he impressed me with his multi-tasking and professionalism. You have an excellent employee and it would be wise to nuture him.
