  Natasha at Southcentre Mall was very friendly and helpful in finding things I was looking for. She was also thorough on making sure everything was priced correctly by running it through the till so I could decide if it was in my budget to buy. Appreciated all the great customer service Natasha!

  Fantastic service today in the shoe department , thanks to Uv He was truly amazing. Knowledgeable on all the brands and what makes each one unique. I have an upcoming trip to Japan and I wanted to find some shoes that were going to be extremely comfortable for walking over 10 hours a day. The shoes that he recommended were definitely the most comfortable shoes I've ever had.

  Brennan at the Southcenter location was so helpful. He assisted me in getting a new tennis racket, was super knowledgeable and even put my new grip on my racket for me.

  Appreciate the after sales service from Benoit on the ski boots and providing a boutique type store experience to remedy a few issues and ensure a proper fit. Demonstrates that Sporting Life are able to provide the service level required when buying some of these higher end products. Great job Benoit appreciated!

  Unbelievable customer service. I cannot speak enough great things about this location and the staff there. Been shopping there for years but just brought in my skis to get them tuned and assembled for the season. Benoit in particular was one to remember. Genuinely enjoys his job. Funny. Great Attitude! Very rare to find great customer service and his was exceptional. Please go see him - and the rest of the team over at Sporting Life Southcentre :)
