  Sporting Life is always a good place to shop. Megan at market mall was amazing! The gal in the fitting was helpful and the guy at the front till was funny. I went to team town and the staff were nice as well. I also went to sunridge golf town and was disappointed in the lack of customer service. Luckily a guy in the back, Taylor, came out to help us.

  I had an excellent experience with the staff. Jayden was very polite and able to answer my questions on the phone before coming into the store and then Max nailed the boot fitting. I should be all set for my ski trip this weekend thanks to everyone on the closing shift. Thanks again!

  John in the ski section was amazing, probably the most helpful sales rep ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. Im new to the sport so he told me everything about the sizing of the boots and skis. Didnt end up buying anything right away but when i do want decide to buy my kit I’ll definitely come back here to buy all my gear.

  I had a really great experience at Sporting Life this Sunday. The store itself was well organized and had a huge selection, but what really made the visit stand out was the customer service. A worker named Giulia helped me in the fitting rooms, and she was honestly amazing. She was super friendly, patient, and really knew what she was doing. She helped me find the right sizes quickly and brought different options that actually matched what I was looking for. Her recommendations were on point, and it made the whole process way easier and more enjoyable. It’s rare to get that level of service, and it definitely made me want to come back. Huge thanks to Giulia for going above and beyond!

  DO NOT BUY SKIS HERE. I bought a pair of Atomic Bentchetlers on January 26, 2026 for my 10 year old son who is 65lbs. The skis completely delaminated at the tip causing them to be un skiable. I went into Sporting Life in Market Mall where I had originally purchased them only 38 days prior and they told me that the warranty period is only 30 days and they couldn’t help me. I pleaded with the manager on shift that the ski was faulty/defective for this to happen and he said there was nothing he could do. I then decided I wouldn’t buy a replacement pair there because of my experience and went to Ski West on 14th Street SW. I explained what had happened at Sporting Life and they asked if I had my Sporting Life receipt for the skis and I did. They sent photos of the skis to Atomic and they approved my warranty before the day was out. They were sold out of skis in the size we needed and Atomic is also currently out of stock, Ski West fixed the broken skis so my boy could continue to ride them until his warranty pair arrive. Sporting Life is a huge store with massive buying power and can’t even live up to the brand manufacturer warranty or offer any kind of solution. They didn’t offer to try and fix or submit a warranty.
