I went in with my toddler and was greeted right away at the door, which I appreciated. After that though, I didn’t really feel acknowledged by the other staff at the front. I was looking at pants and one staff member briefly told me to ask if I had questions, but she was kind of half walking away while talking, so it didn’t really feel like she wanted to help or chat about what I was looking for. I ended up just browsing on my own without much interaction from other staff members. When I went to the change room, Vanessa was great. She really took the time to help, gave thoughtful feedback based on what I needed and made the experience a lot better. Honestly, she’s the reason I’m still giving 4 stars because I left with exactly what I was looking for. I do want to share that the service at the front felt a bit inconsistent. I understand this is a downtown location and you see a lot of different people, but it did feel at times like you had to look a certain way to be approached or helped. I noticed staff seemed a bit more engaged after I made a purchase as well. Overall, I’m still thankful for the help I received, especially from Vanessa and just hope the in-store experience can feel a bit more welcoming and consistent from the start.

I got the wrong size and I want to exchange them with a different size. They would not exchange them until they charge me extra. I wouldn’t mind paying extra, but why would I pay extra when the tag price on my original pants were exact same with the one I was going to exchange it with.
