  My LV Capucines glazing melted and turned sticky, even falling off. I have only used the bag handful of times. They told me the cost to fix is over a thousand. I’ve already spent thousands on this purse and all I received is shitty quality. The store manager is useless, not able to adjust the fix cost even it’s a well known defect. He could only offer a paper bag to put my defected Capucines. At the same repair appointment, my husband bought the Speedy20 to surprise me. But the repair service/appointment completely destroyed my trust on Louis Vuitton, I made my husband refund the Speedy20 right away. I will never buy another LV due to shitty quality and poor warranty. Save your money for Chanel or Hermes.

  Their staff just gush all over you when you are spending your money. But when you need something after the fact, it’s Easter Island statues. Zero support not even for an extra hole in a belt. Don’t waste your money on the over-priced and under-serviced crap they are peddling!! I went to Harry Rosen. Immediately 3 extra holes in my belt free of charge! Customer service is thriving at Harry Rosen! Meanwhile it remains completely absent at awful Louis Vuitton Chinook Mall.

  I see lots of bad reviews, the majority of them based on customer service and being judged for how they look. I can’t say I’ve ever had that in my experiences here. Sara usually helps me out whenever I stop by and she’s honestly amazing. She’s super friendly and very helpful!

  Hector Urbina was amazing, i was in a rush and went back and forth a little bit on ring sizes etc. He was quick so thoughtful didn’t look down on me at all even though i wore pyjamas! Thank you really appreciate your kindness! It’s people like him that makes your experience worthwhile.

  Great customer service — always kind, respectful, classy, and helpful. The store has a great vibe, and it also smells amazing for some reason. And of course, the products are wonderful.
