  My coworker and I stopped in at J. Vair after our meeting. I took the opportunity to visit the store while I was in Calgary. I had a look around first and was eventually helped by Brad. You can immediately tell he’s a watch collector himself, he was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate as he explained each piece. We continued chatting afterward over the phone since I didn’t decide on a watch during my visit. In the end, I actually became their “guinea pig” for the online store and purchased my son’s birthday present through their website. They weren’t kidding about overnight delivery—the watch was purchased in the afternoon, and I received it the very next day here in Fort McMurray. If you’re looking for exceptional customer service, I highly recommend visiting the team at J. Vair, or asking for Brad specifically. You’ll be well taken care of, guaranteed.
