My purchase was rung and the money taken then they told me I had to wait a week to receive the item. I finally showed up to pick it up and had to wait. Not the greatest customer service. Toronto Prada is better.

She never pressured or rushed me into deciding whether I wanted to make a purchase and was super patient with me as I was trying on the purse I was eyeing. Very rare experience at a luxury retailer I must say - normally I feel like I’m getting judged and pressured by SA’s. At the end of the day, I decided to make the purchase bc of the purse itself and in combination with Iris’ warm demeanour :)
