- KCKatherine CaveOct 18, 20251.0I will never shop online again! The shoe company is a joke! You order shoes then gets cancelled it’s appalling how many times that has happened to me. Even ordering online to this store is always an issue. None of their stock is ever updated according to what’s in store. I laughed the other day when I looked online to see what’s in store had I ordered a size 8 for my daughter in the winter boots it would have been cancelled. Online shows in store but when you go in store it’s not there. The shoe company needs to get their crap together.
