The staff was extremely unprofessional and disorganized, and it felt like they didn’t respect customers’ time or concerns. Communication was poor, and simple issues were handled in a careless way. Instead of feeling welcomed or helped, I felt ignored and frustrated.

A young gentleman who honestly looked like a model helped me right away. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand what I was looking for. I was given proper assistance with trying on different styles, received helpful recommendations, and never once felt ignored or uncomfortable. The difference in customer service compared to other eyewear stores ( RAY BAN, upstairs the chinook mall specifically) was night and day. This is how retail should be done. Sunglass Hut made me feel valued as a customer, and because of that, I would absolutely return and recommend this location to others.
