In chinook mall I had an issue with the lenses on my glasses, and Florce completely took care of it by helping me with a warranty replacement. She was kind, professional, and genuinely went out of her way to make the process smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you come across someone who truly cares about the customer experience. I visited 4 stores on the same day looking for a specific pair. Juan was the ONLY one who gave a very personalized service . Juan was very patient and extremely helpfull . Also has a very good idea about the selections . He should get 5 stars. When speaking about the two stores in Chinook center . Theone on the top floor has more quantity but not most brands like Tom Ford. Where as the store on the ground floor has more brands but less quantity .
