- CSCritic Shops2 days ago1.0revisited the store a few days ago and the experience i had there was absolutely horrible. Felt so discriminated and to some extent I believe it was because of my race. I am extremely disappointed with the standards of this store to treat its culturally diverse customers. I also saw so many reviews of being wrongfully accused of theft and I stand with them since when I entered after a few minutes of being there I felt the stares of a bald employee and a guard along with some “gossiping”.

Today I came here and a very nice, knowledgeable staff member named Holt helped me out and I was surprisingly able to find comfy ski boots! So thank you. It’s made me really happy to not have to have sad legs after skiing this year :)

I left my Christmas shopping to the last minute, which I never do, and the people in the hard goods area went above and beyond. From finding the last pair of the skis in the store that I wanted to getting them mounted same say! The staff is kind, knowledgeable and efficient. They even suggested a great stocking stuffer (liquid wax! Perfect!).

He spoke to the manager & I got an additional 10% off on top of the sale. Thank you for that! I'd shop at this location again & look for Kaden!
- MVM VDec 16, 20251.0I was passing through this store to get to my car with my husband and 3 children. I was stopped at the door by an employee who accused us of stealing a jacket, right infront of our 3 small children. We were simply passing through the store! They caused a scene and other customers turned around and were staring at us like we were some sort of criminals. A wrongful accusation of theft, and not allowing me to leave the store, infront of my 3 children is being brought up to your head office immediately. I am in absolute SHOCK at what they did. You can't go around accusing someone of committing a crime! Disgusting.
