  Idan was so helpful getting both my young kids set up with the right skis and boots. He truly went above and beyond, had so much patience with all of our questions, and I felt like he actually cared that we got the “right” items for our needs. Thank-you SO much - what a positive experience!

  Took my grandkids out to find some new shoes for gym and some casual shoes. The young salesman, I think his name is Zac, was so helpful. My grandkids are 10 &13 and they loved him. He really interacted with them well and made the shopping experience for them lots of fun and that really put a positive spin on the rest of the day. He helped us to find very suitable shoes for them, and I may be back for some for myself. Also, the store has an overall nice atmosphere and reasonable prices.

  We’d like to share our great experience buying new ski equipment at Sporting Life Southcentre. The ski department staff were incredibly responsive and helpful, especially Ben. Our bindings were installed in about three minutes, which is almost unheard of these days. With over 40 years of personal skiing experience, I can honestly say Ben knows ski equipment better than anyone I’ve met. Highly recommended.

  So extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this store. Felt that I was treated differently compared to others customers in the store. I was constantly looked at but not helped or asked if i needed help in the skiing department. Not only did I feel dismissed but another very bad look was seeing first hand how an older staff member speaking in a condescending and rude manner to a very young female employee. I believe that any correction should NOT be taken in public and should also be done respectfully regardless of hierarchy. I hope this store can take the feedback and hopefully my experience can be different for the next time that I come back for my ski boots

  It was an "EXCHANGE" For God's sake. Return Policy is a "No Go" for shopping at this place. We are from out of town and my wife purchased a sweat from Sporting Life for me, but the sizing of their products is questionable as this sweat fit really small. The sweater was an XL so it should have fit no problem. However, when trying it on, it was maybe a small Large if not a medium fit. Anyways, I recently tried to return this sweat for an exchange of some other in-store product and was told their policy is a 30 Day exchange, so being over 30 days since the time of purchase, "nothing could be done", No exchange!!!! and for sure no return after 30 days! Well SPORTING LIFE........ you know what you can do with your policy! My wife and I will never shop at your store again! It was an "EXCHANGE" For God's sake, as some people have a life that doesn't fit within a 30 day window on some occasions.
