  I came with my son to buy running shoes on Jan 3 evening. Noah was great and helped us in the shoe dept to get the right shoe. We ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes. We also were served by Megan at sales desk. She was very welcoming and pleasant. Overall a great experience.

  When I was walking around Mathew came up to me and asked if I needed any help. I appreciate it because nobody was helping me look at the expensive jackets but he grabbed the keys and let me try on the jackets I wanted. He then set my jacket to the side at the counter to wait for me. I left my old jacket because I was so excited about my new jacket I ran back to where we were and there was the saint himself who gave my old jacket back thank you sir. I then made my way to the shoe section where Riley was the first to come up to me and offer me sizes to try on i really appreciate it we also were having great conversation what you don’t see much and he was a very nice young man. 10/10 stars very satisfied with its my visit thank you.

  I came into the store today to get helmet and goggles - after spending 30 minutes trying to figure things out on my own, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jerez. Not only was he knowledgeable about different fits of helmets, he was able to help me decide on a helmet/goggle combo that was both esthetically and comfortable. He was able to explain why the helmets sat differently on my head and why some helmets fit my goggles better than others. He was incredibly patient as I literally asked the same questions over and over, reassuring me that I didn't have to sacrifice esthetics for function. I think I tried every helmet twice. We went through multiple brands. I never felt rushed, even when I took well over an hour. He even helped me find a "nice" box that wasn't crumpled when I decided. It was my first time shopping at Sporting Life and the experience was so positive that I took the time to write this review the same day. Thanks Jerez for the fantastic service. If I decide to get snowpants, I will definitely be back and ask for him.

  I went into Sporting Life in Market Mall Calgary. Actually I was passing through the store to enter the mall. I have been thinking of getting a new winter coat. I stopped to checkout out the Moose Knuckles section. I was approached by a young man who struck up a friendly conversation. His name is Preston and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the product and sincere. He was happy to serve me and no request was too much. He created an extraordinary experience and I highly recommend you ask for Preston when shopping at Sporting Life. Thanks Preston you earned my business and I appreciate it.
