  I went into the Ray-Ban store specifically to try on the Ray-Ban RB3498, fully intending to make a purchase. Instead, I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever had, especially from a brand that positions itself as a luxury retailer. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted, not smiled at, and not assisted in any way. I stood there clearly looking at glasses, yet no one offered help. Instead, I felt completely ignored and watched, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable. I do not know if this was prejudice or racial profiling, but the difference in treatment was impossible to ignore. What made it even more obvious was that an associate named Zara, I believe that was her name, warmly greeted other customers who entered the store after me, introduced herself to them, and assisted them promptly, while continuing to completely ignore me. I eventually left and went to Sunglass Hut, where I had an amazing experience. A young gentleman and a kind Ukrainian woman were attentive, friendly, and professional. The contrast was night and day. I walked into Ray-Ban ready to buy. I walked out without purchasing anything solely because of the terrible customer service. I have shopped at many retailers, including other luxury brands, and I have never experienced treatment this poor. Ray-Ban seriously needs to reevaluate its in store staff and customer service standards. No one should be made to feel invisible or unwelcome for simply walking into a store

  Yasmin at Ray-Ban was amazing to work with. She was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience of purchasing my reading glasses feel personal. She really took the time to understand what I needed, answered all my questions, and helped me choose the right pair without any pressure. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and makes the process easy, I highly recommend asking for Yasmin.

  I got the best customer service today from SUMAN. I was going to buy a pair of the Rayban glasses but because of how awesome she was, i decided to buy two pairs. She was amazing and she went above and beyond for us. She gave my friend and I the best deal ever. You’ll should stop by and see her for your purchases and she will treat you well l.   I recently visited the Ray Ban store at the Chinook Mall, and Suman was very helpful in getting me the best pair of sunglasses! She was also very nice and friendly. She stuck around until we were all done while making sure we got the best deal. 10/10 service!!! You are the absolute best!
