If your company is reading this: whatever you're paying them, it's not enough.

- HNHaroon NadeemJan 17, 20264.0The experience has not been good so far. Placed an in-store order for prescription sunglasses on Dec 29, 2025 and was told a turn around time of 2 weeks or under. Third week into the order and after repeated follow-ups, I finally went to the store, was told "sorry, the order has been misplaced and will have to be redone". Adding to this, their phone line has been down for the past 2 days at least (Jan 16-17) so calling the store didnt not help. A simple sorry is not enough. I am now waiting for my order for the second time and may update this review once I receive it. *UPDATE* - Bumping it up to 4 stars now. Finally received my order on Jan 27, 2026. The store was nice enough to ship these to my home via priority overnight service. The glasses look great. Looking forward to using these on sunny days.
