I tried to return pants that i bought online a week ago and it shows on my account and I had the receipt and they refused to do so even as credit claiming that the tag needs to be there. I did not know that i am supposed to keep a tag as it is not typical. I am used to better customer service specially from Lulu Lemon!

I was upset that my beautiful coat was defective and thought I could live with it, but it just kept getting worse. Jasmine was so lovely. She helped recover the purchase that was put under wrong information and took back my defective coat and sent me a replacement. Was not expecting that and I’m so happy and grateful my purchase wasn’t an expensive loss. Cannot thank you enough.
